Upskilled In Coaching
The Coaching Skills for Managers programme consists of two half-day action learning workshops aimed at equipping managers with practical coaching skills and an understanding of how coaching works.
The programme is delivered by skilled coaches who have practical experience in applying coaching in the workplace and developing systems to support coaching. As with all our development, training is reinforced with, and supported by, coaching after each session, and for a minimum of 3 months after the initial training.
There is also the opportunity for participants to gain a ILM endorsed qualification in partnership with Agile Group.
Alongside the theory, participants will practice 1:1 coaching and will leave the workshop with sufficient knowledge and experience to start embedding coaching into how they manage and interact with people.
