Mental toughness is essential for leaders and managers to excel in demanding, fast-paced roles. Assessing your team’s mental toughness helps to discreetly identify those who may need support to build resilience, enabling them to handle daily challenges like problem-solving and pressure more effectively.

Theory To Practical

Our 1-day Mental Toughness Training course introduces participants to key principles of mental toughness and resilience, providing practical tools to help them improve their mindset and enhance performance.

This course not only provides the theory and science behind the concept, but participants will also learn practical ways in which they can grow their mental toughness to positively impact all aspects of their lives.

Participants will complete an online psychometric test using a globally recognised diagnostic tool to establish their mental toughness baseline score. They will then receive personalised coaching and feedback to understand and build on their results.

To maximise the return on investment, all our development programmes include a 1:1 coaching session for each participant within four weeks of the training. We also recommend a minimum of three months of ongoing coaching after the programme to reinforce learning and ensure sustainable improvements.

Participants will receive pre-reading materials to help them maximise their time on the course. A comprehensive handbook, including slides, detailed notes, and practical resources, will also be provided.
