Introduction To Coaching
Senior leaders, managers and team leaders learn coaching principles to improve their ability to inspire and support the development of those around them.
Our development programmes are led by skilled, experienced coaches with hands-on expertise in applying coaching in the workplace and building systems to support it.
Participants will engage in workshops that blend theory, practice, and reflection, giving them the knowledge and experience needed to integrate coaching principles into their management style and interactions with others.
The programme's impact is significantly increased when participants also receive 1:1 coaching, which helps solidify their learning and encourages practical application.

The programme includes two workshops over a 6-week period:
A 1-day action learning workshop to equip participants with the practical knowledge, skills, and confidence to conduct coaching conversations
A 4-week practice period where participants are tasked with applying their skills in real-life situations, with ongoing support
A half-day review workshop focused on reflective practice and creating a personalised development plan for continued growth
